My mental health goals

My goals are to aid people with anxiety, anger, depression, and phobias. During the pandemic, I educated myself on learning about EFT/TFT. It is a practitioner course that I intend to apply my knowledge to better assist individuals.




What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique. It is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.


What is TFT? Thought Field Therapy™ (TFT) is an energy-based form of psychotherapy designed to reduce symptoms of psychological distress by manipulating how energy flows in the body. TFT is based on the premise that bodies consist of energy fields and that imbalances in this system cause physical and emotional issues.


I am going to continue my education by enrolling in a course for NLP. Neuro-linguistic programming is a psychological approach that involves analyzing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal. It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior learned through experience to specific outcomes. This is a work in progress to achieve this goal, but I know I will accomplish it. The reason why I would like to make this as a business because I have had a rough and disturbing experience when I had my first panic attack back in March. Face it, the whole world was shaken up when the epidemic spread.


During that time, every enterprise you can think of was closed. Of course, clinics are open but even then, hospitals were operating at full capacity helping those who got exposed to the virus. The resources were not available to me. Subsequently, my anxiety has worsened and I am currently on a waiting list for CBT treatment. CBT means Cognitive Behavior Therapy. The list is very lengthy, it’s up to a year’s time. Not beneficial for someone like me who struggles with anxiety. Mine is very intense and random. They call that ‘’high-functioning anxiety” I even went as far as searching through countless videos on YouTube. Nothing pertains to me. It was primarily educational footage about the disorder. I felt alone and completely in the dark. I am taking medication to manage the symptoms.


Do you catch my drift? Now you understand how important it is to help others so that no one goes through what I went through. The main goal is to be able to live with an anxiety disorder.
